Acceptance#
By using the Lunar Hut website, Budgie, Lab Sudoku, or a Lab Merge development build, you agree to these terms and the applicable privacy information. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant service or application.
Personal use and responsibility#
The applications are provided for personal information, organisation, and entertainment. You are responsible for the information you enter, the backups and exports you create, and decisions you make using the applications.
Budgie is not a bank, payment service, accountant, financial adviser, tax adviser, or investment service. Its calculations, budgets, projections, and Insights are informational and may contain errors or rely on assumptions.
Lab Sudoku is a puzzle game. Puzzle difficulty, hints, recognition results, statistics, and community comparisons are provided for convenience and entertainment.
Lab Merge is an unreleased puzzle game. Its preview features, custom-board format, terrain rules, compatibility, and planned offerings may change before public release.
Purchases#
Lab Sudoku Premium is offered as a one-time Google Play purchase. Price, payment processing, refunds, availability, and account-level purchase records are handled by Google Play and may be subject to Google’s terms. Features may require entitlement verification.
Availability and changes#
Features, compatibility, and online services may change. Lunar Hut may correct errors, release updates, alter or discontinue features, or restrict access where needed for security, legal compliance, or service integrity.
Your data#

Disclaimer and liability#
The website and applications are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law protections.
To the extent permitted by law, Lunar Hut is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or applications, including loss caused by deleted records, unavailable backups, inaccurate imports, or reliance on calculations.
Intellectual property#
Lunar Hut retains rights in its applications, branding, website content, and original assets. Third-party libraries, services, names, and marks remain subject to their owners’ rights and licences. See Open-source and third-party notices.
