Our approach#
Lunar Hut aims to make Budgie, Lab Sudoku, and Lab Merge usable across a range of vision, dexterity, and input needs. Accessibility support is an ongoing part of development, and behavior can vary with Android version, device manufacturer, and accessibility service.
Available options#
Lab Sudoku provides light, dark, and AMOLED-friendly themes; configurable number fonts, grid styles, highlights, animations, number-pad layout, board size and position; and stylus hover feedback on supported devices.
The Lab Merge development build provides light and dark appearance, configurable cell shape, grid style and number font, optional animation, timer choices, fullscreen mode, and adjustable board size and position.
Budgie follows app and device appearance settings and provides structured screens for accounts, transactions, budgets, schedules, and Insights. Android font scaling, display scaling, TalkBack, magnification, colour correction, and switch access may help depending on the workflow.
Known limitations#
Dense charts, tables, custom-drawn puzzle cells, unusual board shapes, very large display scaling, and some drag or gesture interactions can be more difficult with assistive technology. Physical keyboard, game-controller, and switch behavior can also vary by device and app version.
This statement does not claim full conformance with a particular accessibility standard. It describes current goals and known controls while accessibility work continues.
Report an accessibility issue#
Use the Support page and include:
- the app and screen;
- the app and Android versions;
- device model and orientation;
- accessibility service and version;
- font, display, contrast, or motion settings; and
- the control, label, focus order, gesture, or visual distinction that causes difficulty.
